Our May contest was a fan contribution. Lynn Hickernell has been a jarchives.com contest winner, herself, so she decided to come up with a Jars of Clay contest on her own. Beware! Only the "jarsmart" will survive The Jars of Clay Cultural References Contest! Over the years, Jars of Clay have been influenced and inspired by a variety of sources from mainstream culture. Below you will see a list of clues. The contestants were asked to answers to each reference clue and send them to us. We extended the Contest till midnight, EST, June 30, 2002.

The winner, Gregory Theriot had a choice of a Jars of Clay t-shirt or a City on a Hill Cd. Congratulations Gregory!! That's pretty amazing, cause this contest was TOUGH! We are also awarding a small consolation prize to all others who entered this contest! See, you could win something just by entering!
