Over the past 11 or so years, the most coveted Jars' collector's item would have to be Frail, Jars' 1994 independent CD release. Running a close second for collectability, however, would have to be Jars of Clay's live cover and original album released in 1999 called Front Yard Luge! Only 6000 copies were produced of this 7 song record and it was only available with the online purchase of If I Left the Zoo from a new online company called www.tappedinto.com. Well tappedinto.com did not stand the test of time, but Front Yard Luge sure has. I've seen it go for $100 on Ebay.
