*Jars of Clay

Jars of Clay is involved this fall with a special book project called The Narrow Road. It is put together by Prayer For The Persecuted Church, an organization that Jars Of Clay has had a close association with over the past year. This special edition release incorporates the original book God's Smuggler by Brother Andrew, about his life's work of smuggling Bibles inside and behind the Iron Curtain. There will a special introduction by the Jars guys, as well as new material throughout the book by various believers around the world that have been persecuted for their faith. The book will also have an exclusive bonus cd with it that includes the song "This Road" (performed by Jars Of Clay on the City On A Hill project) as well as the video for "This Road" and additional footage on the work of Prayer For The Persecuted Church. It will be coming out in the fall so be looking for more information soon.

Also, a special con"grads" goes out to Jars for their most recent award: college degrees! The Jars guys were honored by their alma mater, Greenville College, with honorary degrees as part of the school's 100th commencement ceremonies. Jars Of Clay were lauded for their work in representing their school, and more importantly the Lord, around the world.
